Rhubarb Crunch

Mix the first 5 ingredients together until crumbly. Press 1/2 mixture into lightly oiled 9"x13" pan. Cover with rhubarb. Cook sugar, cornstarch, and water in pan on low heat until thinck, then add vanilla. Pour syrup over rhubarb, add last 1/2 of crunch on top. [view]
